CP not answering this line

We have one incoming line ring on all DNs. All the DN has their own VM boxes. Calls from other lines handled by CP fine -- no answer on DN goes to each person's VM. But this particular line that ring all extenstions does not go to
any VM box.

I would like to make it go to a particular VM box. How to do that?
 
Did you set it up originally? If it is ringing on DN's, and it is not being answered by a VM box after a certain number of rings, then it is probably set up in a single line hunt group.
Can you see where it rings in on the phones? Is it a line button or HG?

Anyways, to make it answer at a certain mbx, just have it ring at that phone (not in a hunt group.) If it rings at all the phones, you will have to set the phone that you want to answer it to a fwd no answer time that is less than the other phones.

Or if it is in a HG, remove the phone who's mbx you want to answer it from the HG, and just have the line ring at the phone itself, while ringing at the other phones via the
