Anybody out there ever use one of these types of phones? I can't get the MWI working. I can get it to work on other analog phones. I've found the documentation for this phone and it has a switch on the back of the phone for different types of MWI. I've tried all of the settings and have even been in touch with their tech support. I know it's a shot in the dark, but I just wanted to put it out there to see if anyone has any experience with this type of phone. Thanks in advnance for any advice.

Cortelco 8780 analog phone message waiting indicator

From what I could get out of the 8780 manual it should be able to work with a few of those different options on the phone. Just make sure to set up the msg waiting type in the IP Office, under Extensions, Analogue, msg waiting type. I have had some older hotel phones that I had to adjust that setting to get msg waiting to work.
