control IP office call length by seconds

I know that we can limit the call length by minutes using the parameter t(minutes), but can we limit the call length by seconds???

because I did create an Alarm to page HG to play a recorded message with 20s length only, but it did not drop the call after the prerecorded message ends, and continually looping, so; I resorted to control the length by seconds but I do not know how?

You can't, even the t(1) is only rounded down to when the IPO internal clock ticks over to the next minute regardless of how far into the current minute it is, it isn't actually timing the event for 60 seconds
