ContactStore 7_8_16 not recording incoming calle

as of today for no apparent reason contactStore is only recording outgoing calls.. I've already rebooted the computer that it sits on as well as the IPO and nothing seems to help

I'm recording hunt group incoming calls and even tried setting up a user with the exact same result, call not being recorded.

any help would be greatly appreciated
 
It is VM Pro that records the calls, start debug view and monitor trace and see what it/they say :-)

They did the installation so they should know how it is configured.

thank you amriddle01 your response pointed me in the right direction, one of the administrators disabled the VM boxes and that was causing the problem
