Start reading manuals is a beginning, then buy a 3th party IP Phone license, then add a SIP extension and user in IP Office and then configure the SNOM as per manual.
End users are not really pleased with those phones if you are not really custom on how to program them.
I have used them with R8.7.3.19 on the phones and it worked, sort of. Now they have replaced them with 9608 phones as these are a better fit. Here is a example config of the phone
Good luck with it, maybe you or your customer is happy with them but I played with the very low cost e129 Avaya SIP phone and I was positively surprised.
A good SIP Phone at a good cost, better as a 1603 for sure.
Bear in mind that the 3th party IP Phone license is more expensive than an Avaya IP Phone license (say GBP40) so what you save on the phone you'll lose on the licence.
