It's been a while and I can't remember where to punch down the pair from the Norstar Flash 2 to the block for a Norstar PLUS Compact ICS to connect voicemail to the system. Don't have the installer manual and I didn't find it in any of the manuals we have. Any help for the memory loss would be greatly appreciated.

The Flash is connected to an unused digital station port.

That's what I thought and connected it to one of the extension ports but when trying feature 983 or 981 I get a message of feature unavailable. Do I have to re-initialize the system? This is a system that was working and was just moved.

Verify that you have a working port connected to the Flash.
Make sure Set Relocation is turned off
Unplug cable from the Flash and plug it into a digital phone
If the phone works then plug back into Flash and reboot both the CICS and Flash

If this is a Flash 1.9 or higher you have to start with F903

Excellent point Marv. The OP stated the system was working but got moved so I assumed it had already been initialized...of course it could have defaulted...

Had a bad port on the punch block. Replaced and re-wired, rebooted and all works now.
