Hi !!

I am trying to configura my first SBC + oneX mobile.
Scenario is IPO 500 V2 + app server (virtual appliance) + SBC-EMS (virtual appliance).

At the moment I have the onex portal able to work without the sbce.

I amb following the manual but it refers to a server edition scenario.

At this moment I am blocked with certificates.
It seems that is needed to export the IPOffice root CA. (done)
Then is needed to generate indentity certificate for SBCE ans after extract private key and identify certificate, but I don't know how. In the manuals, with server editions, must be done via but I dond find it in the webmanager nor IPO manager.

Cand anybody help me?

Or .... is there any manual for administering SBC for one-x mobile with an IPO500 v2 ? (not server edition).

Thanks a lot

I remember that you need to use the appserver to generate the certificate.
So imaging that the appserver is the SE.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

If your OneX Portal is on an Application Server you can use the certificate authority that is inbuilt there. If you run it on windows I suggest to install the latest (!!!) server edition OVA as virtual machine on your laptop und create certificates there.

It's important that the same issuer creates certificates for IPO and OneX Portal.

Have a look at and

one-x portal is on a virtual linux appliance of app-server.
SBC + EMS are in the same virtual machine
IPO is the IPO500 v2

The webLM is the one at app-server. The certificate is istalled in the SBC for catching the license. And license works.

Does it meaan that the certificate is already installed? No more certificates needed?

I am not very used with certificates.

Hi Alfonso,

I guess for licensing no certificate is really used. If though, it is just the root certificate to trust a foreign server.

What you need is a server certificate that is trusted by the clients.

I did that many times and was struggling as well. I could help you out if you like. You can contact me through my website if needed.
