Hello ,
I'll like to change the CMS ip but I don't know how . Can you help me please ?
Thanks .
Raúl .

Assuming that the current connection is ethernet and the new connection will also be ethernet, there is one file that needs to be edited: /etc/hosts. You must use one of the UNIX editors, ed or vi, to change this file. If you are not comfortable with the editors, it may be better to pay Avaya or a consultant to change the address.

ok ,but only this change I had to make ?I thought that there was to do anything else.
Thank you.
Raúl.

If the Definity is connected to the CMS via C-LAN you also have to change it in the Definity (change node-names ip). Other than that, no other changes are required.
