I just converted to an IP Office 500 from a Legend. We migrated over three Polycom analog conference phones. The phones work fine except for one thing....we can't conference. On the old setup, you could get an active call, hit the flash button, get a second active call, hit flash again, and everyone would be conferenced. On the new system, when you hit flash you get a dial tone that goes off and on about once/second. You can dial a number and get a second active call, but you can never conference the calls together.

Any ideas?

one odd thing about the IP Office, it does not conference with another flash, you have to flash and dial a shortcode to merge the callers, *47 is the default Conference Add but you should check just in case somene changed it.

Yeah *47 is out of box confrence feature.

If you want more andvanced features this can also be done through SC and VM Pro.
