We need a multiple line appearence conference phone. We're using a Polycom IP conference phone, but it is not really user friendly(college educated executives are unable to read and understand instructions) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you are not into looks, just use a Digital set. i.e. 8400 series. Or buy a 4610SW IP phone...the 4625's look nice too

In the future everything will work...

Look at Polycom 550 speakerphones that work with or without an attached phone. They are programmed as an 8410 phone and connect to a 2 or 4 wire circuit pack. They are full-duplex and you can conference with it just like an 8410 phone.
