They are looking at the S8710 and G350 for the remote sites (53 of them). But the Project team is not sharing any information on the systems or setup. I would like to be some what up to speed when its done. I understand Avaya has some training on this, but its not going to be available to everyone. What else is out there?

Well I cannot help you with the training - my company does not beleive in training :-( - but I can let you know what I am experiencing as I am upgarding two sites within the next three weeks from S8700s to S8710s.

So far I have found out that to do this successfully, you need to configure an FTP Server to push your backups to from the PBX. This is needed so that you can build the new S8710 using the S8700 backup file as you would a restore. You need Integrated Management Web Tool to do this with as well.

That's all I know so far.
