Hello everyone!
We recently had a power outage which created havoc with our Nortel Norstar Compact ICS 4.0 phone system, yes I know it's a dinosaur.
As a result we lost our ability to access voicemails, auto attendant, you name it. I'm not a techy, but I was able to use our user manuals to get us back up and running (for the most par). 2 questions. When the user hits # to access the company directory, nothing happens. Also, we're unable to access our individual mailboxes from outside lines when dialing **. Would anyone happen to know how I could get these features up and running again? We've had power outages before without this type of trouble. Could the PCMCIA ROM (feature card) be failing and as a result caused the problems we encountered with the last power outage?
Many thanks in advance.
Andy
