Every time system boots up combo card shows red light solid on 1. I have changed slots and combo cards and it it still doing it. using mu law card. Has anyone ran in to this before?

combo card not coming up.

Are these new combo cards? Perhaps this thread will help:
The Combo card only works on a IP500v2 not in the IP500!
