Hi all,

I know that this is not really the best place for this question, but would anyone know where I could start to find a program that would capture IP CDR data from the PABX and then import/save/collect in a database?

I have tried to speak with IT guys about it, but they keep telling me to connect a modem or change the settings on the "PC". I thought it may be easier trying to ask some telcos first.

Thanks all!

Your IT guys are correct. A modem or a data module and a PC will work. However the PC need a program to translate the data into a readable format for you to understand. You can create your own but will need to write a proram to do the translation. Some tek-tips members might be able to help you with this. I use a comercial product from a company called ISI.

I hope this helps
