Hi,
I am having a weird issue with coaching intrusion feature.
I have installed an IP500v2 with 1408 telephone sets, release 9.0 (9.0.500.972).
Avaya documentation mentions that when user A is on a call with user B, and user C
makes a "coaching intrusion" on user A, user C hears users A and B and can only be heard by user A.
In my case, when user A uses headset (Plantronics compatible) user C is clearly heard by user B
like they were on a conference call!!
When user A uses its handset, user C is still heard by user B, not clear enough, but user B understands
that someone else is on the conversation, especially when user B is on a quiet environment.
Has anyone faced this issue?
