I don't know if this is the right forum. Can I be pointed in the right direction?

Some agents are coming up in a different Historical Agent Group Aux Daily report than they are assigned to.

Hence, they are assigned to skill 12, yet they show up in the report for skill 10.

It is not a date issue. They have been changed for a few days now and still show up in the wrong report.

What can I do to correct it?

If you are doing a Group report, you will see all the agents who are in that Group. This is independent of what skills the agents are in.

You will need to modify the Group, go into the Dictionary and choose Agent Groups and Modify the Group you want to report on.
