I have Definity G3si and CMS Server.
Till now we have not configured our CMS Server.
Now I want to start using my CMS Server but not aware how to configure it.
Can anybody help on how and from where to start for CMS Server

First, is the CMS connected to the Definity? If yes, the next step is to see if they are talking to each other. Log into the CMS as 'root'. The default password is 'cms500'. When you are at the '#' prompt type su -c cmssvc. Next type 'cms' to execute the program. When the CMS main menu appears there will be a symbol in the upper right-hand corner. A '^' means that the link is up, a 'V' means the link is down. Is this a legitimate CMS that was provisioned by Avaya?
