Does anyone know were I can find software that will scroll CMS data on my agents PC monitors?

Also, is it possible to send real-time stats from the CMS to a web page?

I know that Avaya has a solution for it and there are some other companies that can do that (most of the time companies that are selling wallboards systems like Symon,...). But lot's of $$$$$......

They can do your second question as well.... I know that Abaya has an ODBC link on the CMS but I don't think that you can use it to get real-time data.
I'm not sure so if anybody knows it can, let us know...
