Can anyone explain how I can extend reports to archive for longer periods ?

For instance I want to run a historical - other- call record report. It currently only goes back 7 days, I want 2 weeks.

Call records are stored by number of records, not a set number of days. The CMS maximum is 5000 records. You can check your data storage allocation and increase the call record storage to 5000 if needed - it will require you to switch to single user mode so you'll have to do it out of hours.

If you're already set to 5000 records you'll want to consider other options such as using ODBC to send the data to an external database and reporting off of that. Depending on the version of your CMS there may be an additional cost to get this set up.
