CMS Report

Hi all,

I want to track activity on my trunk.I have defined trunk group, vdn, vector etc in my CMS dictonary.

But when i try to pull trunk Group report, it always shows me blank report.

can anybody help me on how to pull out reports for trunk activity from CMS?

have you assigned read permission for that trunk group to the user you run the report as?
 
On the trunk group form, did you specify the measured field as either "both" or "external".

yes i have assiagned read permission on that trunk for the user.Also

the measured field was set to none , now i have made it both and it started working.

You might want to check the CMS screen "Data Storage Allocation" On this screen see if the trunk section has been defined. If not you can modify BUT you might have to bring the CMS to single user. This is service affecting.
