Hi can anyone explain the below query FOR CMS

(BH_INTIME+BH_OUTIME)/(36*TRUNKS)

I know the first part tallies the usage over the interval for inbound and out bound calls in CCS and i am guessing the 36 is relevant to the CCS as 36*1CCS would equal 1 minute but i dont understand why you would multiply the ammound of lines in the trunk group by this can someone please explain

Me again

I have been thinkin about this further and can someone confirm my statement "CCS as 36*1CCS would equal 1 minute" is this correct??? i am now starting to think this should equal 1 hour as this would mean the calculation was the trunks x 1 hour of availible time so for 1 isdn 30 would be 30x36 = 1080CCS availible time and dividing the used time by availible time would give you the % of utilisation..

Can someone confirm this is correct or point me in the correct direction?

This would be an example for an hourly report???
