CMS Report Data question

Maybe it's just me, but I can't seem to find a report in CMS that will show me how long the longest call held in queue over the course of an entire day.

Is there one?

For example - a caller might have been on hold for 18 min in skill 12 last tuesday. Does CMS not track this information?

Nevermind, i found it...total loss of brainpower there.

Its under:
historical/
split skill/
summary daily (& interval)
- Max Delay is the field description.
