hello all,

Is the refresh rate for CMS version 13.0.HB.05 hard-coded to 30 seconds? Can this be changed for individual users or is it a system parameter across the board?

under users permissions, and then user data, the second from bottom field is 'minimum refresh rate' I beleive the lowest is 3 seconds. You have to set it there first, then you can change the refresh intervals on real-time reports.

Be very careful how low you set it and for how many users. Every time you ask Avaya what the lowest you should set the refresh to you will get a different answer. But most of the time the answer is not going below 15 seconds. It depends entirely on who much your system is getting taxed. How many agents, calls per hour, supervisor logins, etc...

apologies, I'm trying to change teh refresh rate for one user but its keeps dedfaulting back to 30 seconds.

under user data, enter the user login, (and click normal or administrator, depending on the login type) and clear out the oter info in the fields at the bottom. (just make sure the correct ACD is selected)
then hit the flashlight (find) button, make the change to the refresh rate, and then click the modify button (the button immediately to the right of the add (+) button).
