CMS Real-time Exception Log

An get any error window everytime I try to run a Real-Time Exeption Log from CMS Supervisor

"Unable to complete requested operation for task Avaya CMS Suoervisor. This task is being terminated. Get TaskIdx for task: 5501 winid: -32768 Function: GetFormIdx"

If I run from ASA the message is "not collecting data"
Has anyone seen this before?

When you login using ASA does the top of the screen show a connection ( ^ ) at the end of the status like this:

6/13/13 10:57 Avaya(TM) CMS Windows: 0 of 10 ^

Also, go to the Maintenance menu and select Connection Status, select your ACD number and select List All you should see something like this:

ACD Application Session Connection Date Time
[ACDNAME] data transfer data transfer operational 6/13/13 11:01 AM


Otherwise, your connection between the CMS and Switch is down.

CMS is up and colllecting data normally
The error only occurs when running Real-Time Exeption Log from CMS Supervisor
