I have a queue (single skill with multiple VDNs) that wishes to calculate GOS (grades of service) at different times - 1 x Mon-Fri (answered in 60 sec) & 1 x Sat-Sun (answered in 20 sec). Is there a way in CMS R15 to report on two GOS' based on split/skill without creating a new skill for the weekend and manually not making changes over the weekend.
