CMS Phantom Abandon Call Timer

Anyone remember how to turn this on?

you can see it in system setup/switch setup but cannot change it there

I believe this is a free feature but I can't find where to turn it on and set the parameters

Here is what it is incase yoiu did not know
The phantom abandon call timer is used to determine which answered ACD calls to count as abandoned calls rather than ACD call. If the call lasts less than the number of seconds specified (1-10) , the Communication Manager system considers it an abandoned call, bur CMS will NOT count as an abandoned call and specify it as a call in the PHANTOMABNS database

Tread carefully on this. If the Phantom call timer is enabled on the CMS any call answered or abandoned that are within the definded period will be recorded as abandoned and as phantom abandoned. It is better to define a split/skill and or VDN call profile.

From memory it's turned on/off in cmssvc - ACD setup. You will have to turn off data collection first, select ACD setup, then confirm all items until you get to phantom abandon timer. Remeber to turn data collection back on:)
