Using CMS Supervisor, check the setting Master ACD for clock synchronization: in the System Setup | CMS State menu
There should be an entry there, or an available entry in the pull down menu.
If it's set to synchronize to your PBX ACD time and the time is wrong, then check the NTP settings of your PBX.
