CMS Event Count Report

Hi I am going to try to use the event count report within CMS however does anyone know what it counts on the Definity - is it the work code? If yes how do I administer this on the definity or is it just on the CMS that Work codes are administered.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not 100% sure but I think you need to administer a
stroke-cnt button on the phone, each time this is pressed it will register against the event count report in CMS.

Thanks for this - I understand what you mean about stroke count button - but I can event count 1-9 so do they press stroke count button and then a number. Also is stroke count same as work code?

I think it works the same as work code, you can either define a code or leave it blank and get the agent to key a number 1-9.
