CMS Designer rpt 1

Hi all,

I've run into a wall on this and wondered if anyone could help?
I have copied a report from Custom rpts into Designer. Added a new query changing one colume only. Insert the new table witht the query, and if i only run one day it's ok, if i run multible days then it shows the same VDN's 5 or 6 times in the same colume.
It's a Historical VDN report.

Running V13 CMS.

Did it used to be a report for single day and you made it multi-day?

To total across days and show one line per VDn you have to use the sum() function.

Example:
VDN
sum(INCALLS)
sum(ACDCALLS)
sum(ABNCALLS)
etc.

In your WHERE statement add GROUP BY VDN to the end.

No it was multi day, but you may have it there wil9148 with the sum (ABNCALLS).

I'll try it and the WHERE stament first thing.
