CMS customized reports in CMS 18

I am trying to update a report historical in custom to send info to a wallboard in Inova and Marquee- desktop. I cannot (although I have all the permissions) save a report
in CMS custom to change a few skills (remove and then add) to reflect what needs to be seen by Inova -script. I have copied, tried it on server and in CMS supervisor with no luck. searched on AVaya and on google- is there a special save command on the server for the reports that allows this? thanks in advance

If I remember correctly I believe that in order to create and edit reports in the Custom category, you have to do it in emulator and not the CMS Supervisor application. You can create Designer reports through CMS Supervisor.

Hi Stinney, thanks for your help.
After I sent the post, I have tried it in the emulator, it won't allow me since I am not the creator-even tho I have the permissions to do so and cannot edit it there either.

yes, I can edit via CMS login- thanks for this reminder. I am not familiar screen painter-although am reading up on it. thanks again!
