CMS - Assign more than 20 skills? 2

I currently have AVAYA CMS V3R11, and an S8700 running CM 2.1.1. In the switch I can assign 60 skills to an agent, but in CMS I only can assign 20 skills per agent. Is there a system setting somewhere I need to change?

You need to upgrage the CMS to V13 to get the 60 skills.

CMS V12 does 60 skills as well. I know this as I currently use CMS v12 with a s8710 CM2.0

On the change system-parameters features screen page 12, what version does it say under CALL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM?

Avaya no longer sells upgrades to V12. You have to go to V13.
