CM7 Kickstarter USB Drive

I am sure I have read about the USB drive issue on setting up the Kickstarter file. My issue might be different?

But here it is again.

A - Laptop w/ 64bit Windows 10 Pro

B - Windows 10 Edge - Popup blocker is turned off ... but there is a Certificate Error in URL bar??

C - Loaded SDM 64bit Client 7.1.0.0.1125684 SW successfully

D - Formatted a new 4gb thumb drive - FAT32

E - Started SDM client - no problem (tried Chrome and Firefax - no go)

F - Selected 7.0 as we are loaded CM7.0 on an S8300D - Filled in all the required data fields - pressed the generate Kickstarter file ... nothing happens ... popup file window doesn't appear as it normally does?

Not sure what the issue is??

I've never had any luck with Edge for running SDM Client. But I do use Chrome and IE all of the time. With the new method of using SDM to generate the AVP kickstart file it should prompt you to download the file to your laptop when you click generate. Maybe check the Edge download history to see if it saved ks.cfg somewhere by default. Also note that for AVP 7.1 the file is now called 7.1ks.cfg but you already said you selected for a 7.0 kickstart file.
