I am trying to send CLID from my 81c 6.0 to a BCM50 rls 5.0. Is this possiable or do I need to use PRI?

Right now Analog lines from the 81c to analog trunk module in the BCM50.

I'm not sure what you need in the BCM, but the 81c, cannot transmit outbound CLID over analog trunks. For integration with a BCM, I believe you need to either use PRI, or Virtual Trunks with D-Channel.

You probably have the outgoing lines from 81C configured as an analog (500) line which then appears as a loop start trunk on the BCM.

To get CLID on that analog line on the 81C, you need a CMRC card and "Class" ISMs.
