Hi, we have a user trying to print a report through a Citrix application. Every time she opens the report she finds the printer has defaulted to landscape, meaning he has to change this every time. Both affected printers are set up locally to print portrait by default. The printers in question are an HP Laserjet 4050 and an HP Laserjet 4100 which both use a Laserjet 4 driver on the Citrix server. Other users don't get the same problem with these same printers so I assume it's a problem with the local computer (Windows 95, incidentally). I've tried reinstalling printer drivers. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.
