Citrix printer keeps defaulting to landscape

Hi, we have a user trying to print a report through a Citrix application. Every time she opens the report she finds the printer has defaulted to landscape, meaning he has to change this every time. Both affected printers are set up locally to print portrait by default. The printers in question are an HP Laserjet 4050 and an HP Laserjet 4100 which both use a Laserjet 4 driver on the Citrix server. Other users don't get the same problem with these same printers so I assume it's a problem with the local computer (Windows 95, incidentally). I've tried reinstalling printer drivers. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.
 
Publish the printfolder, remove the autocreated commentline (so changes to settings are retained), edit the properties from landscape to portrait, and it will be gone.

I've had this issue before.
Make sure the "everyone" group has manage document access on the server that the printer is installed on.

Also, if your Citrix app servers are running 2k and the print server is 4.0...then you'll run into all kinds of small issues. I eventually built a 2k server because of all the issues I was seeing with print driver versions being a little diff from 2k and 4.0.
