Who and where can you get UCCE certification. I looked on Cisco site and they don't list any (CCNA,CCDA etc.. are listed)? Is there a company that offers it?

Cisco UCCE Certification

I attended a class given by Sunset Learning. Go to their website. To learn about the ucce I took their course DRV-ACCE-CVP-8.0 Administering Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise for CVP Environments (AUCCE-CVP. It was a 5 day (ALL DAY) class. They had remote classes where you could participate via video conf. I HIGHLY recommend sitting in an instructor led class. Good luck.
