I currently only have an administrator login/password. How do I create a personal admin login ID and password for myself and a few other folks on Call Manager 4.x? Could anyone assist me with how to set this up? New to Call Manager.

You must enable MLA (multi level admin). The administrator guide for the version of call manager you have has a step by step on how to enable it.

MLA is enabled. The document I have for v4.2 is not real clear. Hopefully someone has 4.2 that can provide me step by step instructions on creating individual admin accounts for my techs.

Update: I added myself in CM as a user and created an ID and password. I assigned myself to the Access Groups. When I use my id/password to login no luck. I am not at the location where the CM lives so I am not in any AD or LDAP. Could this be an issue with authentication my id with AD or LDAP? The instructions are not that great. MLA is enabled.
