I have a customer with a CICS 7.1 & Call Pilot 3.1. Every few months the time gets stuck and won't update, it's always at the end of the month. I have replaced the battery back-up, I have replaced the entire system and did a start up on it. The problem happened again today. The auto time update works but it won't update because it's in night mode and can't get the update.
Any thoughts appreciated.
