CICS can only call 800 out

Another weird situation. Seems I am having these weekly. Have a customer with a CICS 6.1 software. 4 lines from Verizon over a shared T1. Other channels on T are for internet. Company in 662 area code. Recently cannot call out,except 800 type numbers, but can receive all calls. When calls made to adjacent area, like 901, call gets Verizon intercept message. Had Verizon check lines and they say the phone system is putting out invaled numbers and area codes. I can dial out on my butt set. No restrictions set on system. Powered system off, replaced DS card, all ran well for 2 days. Then it happened again. Had them power system off and on, problem cleared. No software changes have been made. Really odd situation. Has anyone had this problem???

put a digit grabber on the line and call out. see what the system is actually dialing. also listen to the digits out. (I had a CICS where the DTMF generator would lock up and sound completely off. ran that way every few weeks for a couple months and then quit) if you re using routes and destination codes check if there are some predial numbers in there.
