Does anyone know if there is a way of getting the last caller info like i can at home when i do a *69,

From the CICS I can do a *67 to hide my outgoing display but can not do the *69 to see who the last caller was?

At my wifes work every Thursday they get a caller that must call at least 80 times a day but of course the receptionist must be polite and do the nice greeting.

They do not have CLID is this the issue?

If you had CLID on the system then you could make an ext. a call logging set were the ext. will log all calls like it works at a home phone. What happens when you try a *69 from on of the lines? it should work by all means unless it is blocked from the LEC.

Thanks, I am going to try the log, there is a blank button on the main set that has ring and appear on all lines i will set it there.

or does this only work if they have a cl card and clid from the telco?

Thanks again

Yes, they need a CI card, and they need to subscribe to caller ID from the telco. *69, however has nothing to do with that. Try picking up line 1, and dialing *69. If you have centrex lines, you may have to dial 9 (or your centrex code) before *69. If that doesn't work, call your provider.
