Hi all

Thank you in advance for any assistance

I have a customer who is using Cybertech voice recording, they are using Service observing to record, the country regulations state that a bleep must be heard whilst recording is happening
The “normal" tone heard from service observing is not good enough for the customer

The beep tone needs to be a 1260 to 1540 Hertz tone, lasting 170 to 250 milliseconds, and broadcast for both sides to hear every 12 to fifteen seconds, when the call recording is taking place

I do not see an option in the tone settings to change this to the above, can anyone advise please
