Change tone produced on disconnect with LDTA

I am attempting to connect a VOIP gateway to our PBX to connect a SIP phone system for wireless phones. Since a regular analog phone extension doesn't produce a Power Disconnect signal, I need to use a Tone Disconnect to hang up the gateway when a call is terminated. The gateway provides configuration to change the tone that it is looking for to disconnect. By turning CLS LDTA on in the analog phone lines connected to the gateway, I can make the gateway hang up by detecting the "dial tone" produced by LDTA being on. Here is my problem, since LDTA creates a "dial tone" tone, the gateway has problems detecting a real dial tone, since the tone matches the disconnect tone described. My question, is there a way on the PBX to define a different tone generated by using LDTA to something other than a dial tone.
Thanks for you help.

GHTROUT,

I don't see any reference to a "FDIS" tone anywhere including LD56??

Thanks.

I looked at the Admin books and found "FDIS", however I must have an older version or not have whatever "pomw-25.4" is installed.

Any other thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks.

GHTROUT gave you his web site and location to get the 5.0 Rls.

Just download it.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

I did download and install what GHTROUT gave me, which is a set of books for 5.0 Rls not the release itself. I was able to see where FDIS is referenced in those books, but it's not an option with my version.

What Ver and Rls do you have?

Looks sort of old...

“Since a regular analog phone extension doesn't produce a Power Disconnect signal”
An analog station port will produce a battery reversal for answer and disconnect supervision, you just have to enable it on each TN. Don’t know if that will take care of your issue but it might.

LD 10
FTR ISP (75)
OSP 1 or 2

TDMtek, unfortunately, its not as easy as adding those options. For that to work, a different analog line card is required (called Off Premise Line Card - or NT1R20AB)
