I am attempting to connect a VOIP gateway to our PBX to connect a SIP phone system for wireless phones. Since a regular analog phone extension doesn't produce a Power Disconnect signal, I need to use a Tone Disconnect to hang up the gateway when a call is terminated. The gateway provides configuration to change the tone that it is looking for to disconnect. By turning CLS LDTA on in the analog phone lines connected to the gateway, I can make the gateway hang up by detecting the "dial tone" produced by LDTA being on. Here is my problem, since LDTA creates a "dial tone" tone, the gateway has problems detecting a real dial tone, since the tone matches the disconnect tone described. My question, is there a way on the PBX to define a different tone generated by using LDTA to something other than a dial tone.
Thanks for you help.
