Change name on ext

Hi, need to change name on ext 223. Changed name in User for 223, still says open no matter what I do. IP office 11.4 Model 5410 phone

You change it under the "Full Name"
Also 5410 sets are no longer supported on 11 and can act strange.

5400 phones are not supported since R10.0 which was 2016 which was a long time ago for phones.
They work but have little corks with the time.

I have also seen odd feature button interactions on the 54XX. They are hit or miss.
