We have a Lucent Definity and a Definity Audix voicemail.
We have recently moved offices and our ddi range has changed.
Our carrier now sends us 4 digits instead of 5.
We have changed all extensions to a 4-digit extension length range and all works ok
The problem is that our voicemail does not work with 4 extension length range.
When we change machine in Audix to 4 digits the calls don’t go through.
If we change machine to 5 digits calls go through.
Any ideas?
