Mics system currently with primus on centrex lines has 9 lines 1 main, 1 back line to check voicemail rest on hunt lines. want to switch to regular bell lines, will this be a problem if we keep same number of lines? and will additional programming be required after the switch?

What changes you may need depend on the Centrex configuration you currently have. Is 9 required when placing calls on the Centrex lines or are they setup with "ASSUME 9"?

They give out one main number to the customer, and then if that's busy that rolls over to the other lines, and one is for fax, also 1 number is used for their personal in/out calls. You do not need to press 9 when placing calls...Thankx in advance for the help

Also to add the software version is sp 30ncCG, which makes it a R1T1 triangular ver 1
