I have a SOE 3.2 with 4 analog lines.
I have 91 in the prefix so Phone Manager and an analog handset can do return calls from caller id log.

I have developed a custom app that grabs the CDR data but when I use the prefix the last two digits of the incoming caller id are cut off.

Is this a bug with CDR or is there a work around.

are saying you put the 91 in the prefix of the line tab, if so i beleive once you put that there thats is always going to show up on incoming calls. if it didnt pass along the 9, then you wouldnt be able to redial from phone manager unless.....

actually i was just thinking you could create a shortcode for that individual user like

Shortcode: xxxxxxx (Local)
Feature: Dial
Telephone#: 9N

and

Shortcode: xxxxxxxxxx (Long Distance)
Feature: Dial
Telephone#: 91N

These shortcodes should allow you to callback from phone manager without having that 91 in the prefix.

I will give that a try. Hopefully Avaya will make the Calling number field in CDR longer in a future update.
