Situation: Remote Site A (option 61C with Suc 3 software)is connected via T1 with D channel to Main site B (option 81 w/ suc 3)using coordinated dialing. Remote site C (Norstar Rls 1.5) was recently added via a T1 circuit to Site B. From site C, you can extensions that are on Sites A and B. From Site B, you reach C by dialing the route access code + the extension. From site A, I have to dial the access code, 16(route betwen A and B), then access code (14) plus the extension to reach site C.
Questions:
1. Since since A and B are CDP'd, how do I program Site A/B so that I do not have to use 2 access codes to reach Site C.
2. When I make an outbound call from A or B , I could not transfer the call to Site C and vice versa. What are options that I have to select to allow transfer of trunk calls between sites ? Please note that there is no problem when transferring an inbound call between site.
Thank you in advance for your response.
