CCR and SSA

Since I install CCR and I can't use the System Status APP

Probably they use the same port, so I try to change the SSA port on the same page of the login page...No comm on this IP or Port.

Somebody know if I can change the listening port on the IPO for this Application?

An IPO will only allow 2 instances of SSA
CCR uses one of these instances to obtain its call data
you should still be able toconnect using SSA if not then someone else is probably all ready using the application.

You need to be aware though that you cannot connect to SSA on the same server that CCR is installed on, but you can from a seperate machine.

The SSA is between the client machine and the IPO directly, no?

It's not part of an server (CCR,VMPro,,,,)application.

Its an application that can be installed anywhere. As I said if you have it installed on the CCR machine it will not connect to the system, but if you run it on a different machine and noone else has it open, it should connect.

If you have an IP500v2, then use your browser and navigate to the IPO IP address. You can access SSA direct from the IPO.

or as been stated once before, bind a second IP address to the NIC of the CCR machine and you should be good to go!

Use the lan2 ip address.
No need to bind the ip to the nic.
