Hello,
A customer of mine is having a weird problem with OE 6.0: They are unable to send mail in rich text(html) format. I went through all the settings and in the options it's set to:
E-mail format rich text
and then when they open up a new message the format say's it's rich text but it doesn't send as rich text and pictures don't send like they should either, all the options are set right. What is going on? is there a way to correct this?
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
